Congregation Kesser Israel is always expanding and we look forward to welcoming new members. To complete the membership application form online,  fill it out below.  To fill out a printed version click to download the membership form from this page and bring in the completed form, email it to us, or mail it to P.O. Box 80811 Portland, OR 97280.

The membership application needs to be submitted in order for membership to be in effect.

Your Membership is Tax Deductible

Congregation Kesser Israel is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. In accordance with IRS Revenue Ruling 70-47, membership dues paid to Congregation Kesser Israel are deductible as charitable contributions. The text of this ruling is available to your tax preparer on a variety of tax reporting databases, including BNA, RIA, CCH, and Lexis-Nexis.
